1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cb66 platform and all services offered on it. By using the cb66 website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the written provisions of these Terms shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on cb66, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, cb66 reserves the right to close that account at any time.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created under the same person's name, all such accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be withheld.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification must be completed to activate an account and to make withdrawals. This may require submitting a copy of a National ID (NID) or passport, and where necessary, bank or mobile banking statements.

2.3 Account Security

It is solely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify customer support immediately.

• Providing a valid mobile number and email address during account creation is mandatory.
• Registration will not be completed without OTP verification.
• The account holder is personally responsible for all activity on their account.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on cb66 are available to persons aged 21+ only. Account creation, deposits, or participation of any kind by anyone under the age of twenty-one is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used to deposit.
• Transactions may be suspended if there is any suspicion of money laundering or illegal movement of funds.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held while a verification process is ongoing.
• If an attempt is made to withdraw deposited funds without placing any bets, cb66 will review the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cb66 offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at cb66, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000 — to withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus amounts are not cash; wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Any fraudulent activity to obtain bonuses will not be tolerated.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.2%.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when betting on cricket, football and other sports on cb66.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. However, a bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed before the match begins.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing in the betting is found.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

cb66 uses data from internationally recognised sources to determine results. If you have an objection regarding any result, you must notify customer support within 72 hours of the result being published. No objections will be accepted after 72 hours.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

The maximum bet amount for each market and event is set by cb66 and may change at any time. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.

7 Casino Rules

7.1 Game Operation

7.3 Jackpot Games

Winnings in progressive jackpot games will be paid in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. Additional verification processes may apply for large jackpot payouts.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

cb66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Creating an account using false or forged information.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
• Using any fraudulent method in betting or gaming.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. Available funds will be returned to the user upon account closure, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.
